**The Role**:
- We are seeking full time Rehabilitation Consultants/Rehabilitation Counsellors to join us in Southwest, Western Sydney, Inner west and Lower North Shore regions.
- Assist clients to return to work and/or to pre-accident status.
- Case management of Workers Compensation & CTP claims.
- Develop quality early intervention strategies and return to work plans.
- Liaise with all key stakeholders.
- Assistance with job seeking and labour market analysis
About You:
- Degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy or relevant fields.
- Full registration with AHPRA or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA
- Organised team player who are willing to adapt, learn and improve.
- Strong ability to maintain strong working relationships with clients and referrers.
- Able to obtain Professional indemnity insurance, a valid police check
- A willingness to develop interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
- Current drivers license and own vehicle.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Cultural awareness and foreign language capabilities an advantage.

**Salary**: $70,601.38 - $90,907.82 per year
