**Role purpose**

To provide administrative support to the General Manager Employee Experience, Communication & Community and the General Manger Learning, Organisational Development, Talent & Culture.

**The role**
- Support EX, Comms & Community, and Learning, Org Development, Talent & Culture Leadership Teams.
- Coordinate meetings, minutes, and department actions.
- Manage calendars and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
- Organise team offsites, team building, and support division-wide initiatives.
- Maintain departmental dashboards, reporting, and intranet pages.
- Coordinate HR forms and ensure timely submission with Payroll, HR, and Workforce Planning.
- Monitor IT and facilities requests.
- Assist Division EA with Reward & Recognition budgets, expenditure, and gift purchases.
- Support the Division EA in monitoring departmental expenses, expense claims, and credit card reconciliations.
- Assist with business unit events and engagement initiatives.
- Arrange travel, including accommodation, hire cars, transfers, and chargebacks.

**What experience you'll bring
- Experience in a secretarial/administrative role.
- Strong diary management and organisational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and logical thinker.
- Enthusiastic self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with problem-solving initiative.
- Advanced skills in Google Suite and digital communication tools.
