About the role
VIP Dental Clinic is seeking an experienced Dentist to join our dynamic practice in Miranda, NSW 2228. This is a contract position, offering a unique opportunity to work with our exceptional team of dental professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality dental care to our valued patients.
You will be joining a progressive practice with a team committed to providing the highest standard of care for their patients. Our clinic offers all general and high-end dental treatments, including advanced prevention with our Larkin Protocol, Aligners, Laser Dental Procedures, Implants, Periodontics, and Aesthetic Dentistry.
This position will also suit a specialist periodontist and/or a prosthodontist.
What you'll be doing
* Providing a comprehensive range of dental services, including examinations, advanced treatments, and patient education.
* Diagnosing and treating various dental conditions using the latest techniques and technologies.
* Collaborating with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintaining meticulous patient records and adhering to all relevant standards.
* Participating in continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
What we're looking for
* A registered Dentist with at least 5 years of experience; orthodontics experience is an advantage.
* Strong clinical skills and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
* A collaborative mindset and effective teamworking abilities.
* Dedication to staying updated with latest dental developments.
* Ability to demonstrate clinical expertise, e.g., portfolio or KPIs.
