Identifying and escalating risks and supporting regular reporting on compliance matters and clinical indicators

Building knowledge and capability of home leaders in clinical governance processes and providing training and support

Fostering a positive risk identification environment to promote a strong risk and compliance culture

To succeed in this role, you will require:

A clinical background and at least 5 years' experience in incident or investigation management in a highly regulated industry

Strong and engaging communication skills, with demonstrated experience implementing and managing governance, risk and compliance activities
">
Demonstrated experience in successfully responding to risk and governance issues and experience leading in complex environments
">
Highly analytical skills along with a structured and driven approach
">
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
">
A strong understanding of the Australian aged care system and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
