Contracts Administrator
I am currently working with an established, well-respected developer-builder, who is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team on a landmark coastal project on the Gold Coast.

The Role
Reporting to the Senior Contracts Administrator / Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the full contract administration lifecycle, including:
* Procurement and letting of subcontract packages
* Preparing and assessing progress claims, variations and final accounts
* Cost reporting and budget control
* Contract correspondence and compliance
* Supporting project delivery from award through to completion
About You
* 3+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial or mixed-use construction
* Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost management
* Experience working for a head contractor or developer-builder
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, detail-focused approach
