We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Rockhampton branch, supporting our customers and branch operations through outstanding service, sales support, and teamwork.

About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering great customer experiences, ensuring sales orders are processed accurately, and supporting branch operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
* Accurately quoting and processing sales orders in a timely and professional manner.
* Liaising with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure order fulfilment and on‐time delivery.
* Promoting products and identifying upsell opportunities to achieve branch revenue and margin targets.
* Performing warehouse and operational duties such as inventory management and stock control.
* Contributing to a safe, efficient, and team‐focused branch culture.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a wholesale/retail environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
* Forklift licence (required).
* Familiarity with HVAC, air‐conditioning, or refrigeration products (advantageous).
