The Retail Stockroom Manager will oversee the storage and organization of merchandise, ensuring seamless access for sales teams. This involves maintaining an efficient and well-structured stockroom environment at all times.
Closely collaborating with the Store Manager, you will focus on driving sales growth, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing strategies to enhance stock control, administration, and security measures.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational skills, enabling you to process paperwork for incoming/outgoing stock deliveries, conduct daily replenishments of floor stock, and uphold high standards of visual merchandising.
You will also be required to provide exceptional customer service as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
