Responsibilities
* Provide support for Kimberly‑Clark Australia's Coles Baby Care (BCC) business.
* Plan, analyse, influence and collaborate across KCA brands within Coles to achieve optimal profitability and budgeted NSV.
* Design and execute plans aligning with category/brand strategies to exceed net sales targets within a set trade‑spend budget.
* Lead range and merchandising review processes and advocate for accounts across the KCA organisation.
* Develop, analyse, implement and manage customer and promotional plans that achieve volume and NSV budgets.
* Forecast and utilisation of account replenishing contacts, assisting the Demand Planning Team in stock management and long‑term strategy development.
* Achieve DPSM within Coles of KCA products using Category Management principles, business & category reviews, field cycle programmes and space management.
* Contribute to review and negotiation of Coles trading terms through analysis of trade investment, profitability, ROI, sales performance, supply chain & receivables.
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar capacity role with solid sales experience across FMCG or a similar industry.
* Sound product knowledge (KCA and competitors) and experience across grocery channels.
* Strong financial, budgeting and forecasting skills with an understanding of category management principles.
* Computer skills, especially in IRI Aztec, Promax and SAP.
* Experience managing multiple stakeholders cross‑functionally, with strong communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Customer‑focused mindset with excellent liaison, negotiation and influencing skills.
* Team player who brings commercial and systematic acumen to achieve results.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related discipline.
