* Maintain and develop new customer contacts
* Schedule and allocate work orders for the Field Service team
* Roster management, review and approval of timesheets
* Provide leadership to a small team of specialists focusing on marine and industrial applications
* Effectively plan labour to ensure productivity targets are achieved
* Promote a continuous improvement approach to all areas of responsibility
