MAID MY DAY is hiring a Casual/Temporary Domestic Cleaner role in Cairns, QLD.

Responsibilities
- Visit elderly clients in Cairns, QLD on a regular basis to assist with household tasks, including cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, changing bed linens, and general tidying.
- Help with small shopping tasks and offer companionship to clients.
- Report any concerns for the welfare of clients to the office.
- Start with 5 hours in the first week, gradually increasing to 15-25 hours per week; client visits will be close to home to minimize travel time.

What You Need
- Experience in domestic or residential cleaning.
- Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled visits.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between client homes (via public transport or own vehicle).
- A current National Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (or possess a medical exemption certificate).
- Driver’s license and car preferred.
