The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of mobile tyre technicians, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals to drive performance and accountability.
* Optimising operational processes to streamline efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Managing service delivery to meet demand and exceed member expectations.
* Fostering a culture of safety and quality, promoting a proactive approach to resolving conflicts and enhancing collaboration across teams.
* Developing team capability through coaching and guidance, enhancing product and service knowledge.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in leading remote workforces in operational environments.
* Background in motoring environments, preferably in leadership roles such as Team Leader or Foreman.
* Solid understanding of occupational health and safety systems and practices.
* A results-driven approach with strong communication and decision-making skills.
* Ability to foster trust, manage conflict constructively, and collaborate effectively across teams.
* Competence in using computer systems and digital tools to manage bookings, performance data, and operational workflows.
