The Test Manager will have extensive experience managing large-scale projects. Own and manage the full end-to-end delivery of the Testing/ Quality Assurance domain. This includes being responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of all test activities across all relevant test phases
- Create a roadmap and prepare Test Strategy, Test plans
- High-level effort estimation and review of detailed estimation
- Manages cost, time, quality, risk, scope, and resources
- Client relationship responsibility
- Identify functional and nonfunctional testing requirements
- Responsible for Test Planning and Test Management
- High-level Scheduling and work assignments
- Defect Management
- User Acceptance Testing & Support
- Review and publish Test metrics
- Timely escalations

**Integration Testing Expertise**
Ability to design, plan, and execute integration test cases to verify that multiple systems or components work cohesively.
**Defect Management**
Proficiency in logging, tracking, and resolving defects using tools like JIRA, with strong skills in triaging issues across teams.
**Test Data Management**
Experience in provisioning, curating, and validating test data for integrated systems, including automated and manual setups.
**Automation Testing Skills**
Knowledge of tools like Selenium, Karate, and Jenkins pipelines to develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for both progression and regression testing.
**Requirement Analysis**
Ability to analyze functional and non-functional requirements to identify testable components and create comprehensive test strategies.
**Performance Testing Knowledge**
Familiarity with stress, volume, and load testing techniques, leveraging tools like JMeter to ensure system stability under varying conditions.
**Environment Management Awareness**
Understanding of managing and coordinating test environments, including system access, data synchronization, and network alignment.
**Test Planning and Execution**
Expertise in creating detailed test plans, defining scope, preparing environments, and efficiently executing test cases.
**Reporting and Metrics Tracking**
Capability to generate detailed test execution reports, track performance metrics, and analyze trends to improve test quality and efficiency.
**Soft Skills and Collaboration**
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.
**To be successful in this role, you should have:
**- You will have expertise as a Project/Program Test Manager/Leader within the Insurance Industry
- You will have a track record of project related delivery in a similar role and understand the importance of software and systems quality from a technical and business perspective **.**:
- You will have been a Test Manager in a multi-vendor engagement and demonstrate strong business acumen
- Managed testing coverage and traceability using a variety of tools
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Test Development Lifecycle
- You have a sound understanding of, Agile delivery, Non-Functional Testing and Systems Performance Testing
- Estimating total Quality & Testing effort in both Waterfall and Agile methodology engagementsRelease Management in both Waterfall and Agile method
