* Provide academic leadership for the RFDS Clinical School in partnership with Charles Sturt University's School of Rural Medicine, overseeing curriculum development and delivery.
* Support the delivery of CSU medical school requirements, including tutorials, clinical teaching, lectures, and assessments, fostering a collaborative environment among students, faculty, and staff.
* Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for medical students on rural placements, promoting their growth and development as healthcare professionals.
