We are a leading provider of electronic security systems, offering cutting-edge solutions in CCTV, access control, intruder detection, and integrated systems. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
About the Role:
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries. You'll play a key role in supporting the external sales team, managing quotes, processing orders, and nurturing client relationships to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals
- Process sales orders and assist with stock availability queries
- Support the external sales team with customer information and scheduling
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with reporting
- Provide product advice and technical support to customers
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in internal sales or customer service (security/electronics industry highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to read and understand technical product information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
- A team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
