Administration Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a passionate customer service-focused administration clerk to deliver exceptional customer service.

This role will provide an opportunity to work in the home and lifestyle space, where you will have a good understanding of purchasing processes and general retail operations.

* Main Responsibilities:
* Highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organised and able to manage time effectively
* Experience in bookkeeping, creditors, debtors, banking, reconciling, and ad-hoc tasks
* Preparation and completion of end-of-month accounts
* Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel and Word
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
