TorchMedia is looking for a positive and enthusiastic Media Traffic & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. TorchMedia specialises in Transit Out-of-Home media, with a national network of Heavy Rail, Light Rail/Trams and Ferry formats. We have a tight-knit team and a collaborative culture and are looking for a detail-oriented team player to support our sales efforts as our growth continues.
As Media Traffic & Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting TorchMedia's sales and operations teams by coordinating proposal development, generating accurate and timely booking forms, and ensuring the smooth flow of campaign traffic information between departments.
The position will suit recent graduates or those with existing media sales or administrative work experience who are looking to progress their career. Ideally, you will be a strong administrator with great attention to detail and be ready to assist on a variety of projects.
To \"get on board\" you will need:
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent written communication and a great eye for detail.
* Positive communication style, ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or similar, desirable.
* Experience with media booking or traffic systems (Fusion highly regarded), desirable.
* An interest in the advertising and media industry.
