Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Client Experience & Front-of-House
* Greeting patients and ensuring every client feels welcomed and supported.
* Managing all bookings via phone, email, and online platforms.
* Taking deposits and processing payments with accuracy and professionalism.
* Checking patients in and ensuring consent forms, documentation, and medical history are completed correctly.
* Checking patients out, processing payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
* Managing appointment changes, rescheduling, and maintaining an efficient daily schedule.
* Conducting client re-engagement outreach contacting patients who are due for review or follow-up and assisting them with booking.
Clinic Operations
* Opening and closing the clinic to ensure a smooth daily workflow.
* Maintaining a clean, organised, and clinically safe environment across all treatment rooms and reception areas.
* Ordering consumables, stock, and clinic supplies in line with treatment demands.
* Monitoring inventory and proactively replenishing where required.
* Supporting nurses and practitioners with operational tasks to ensure treatments run on schedule.
* Helping with reports, daily reconciliation, or end-of-day administration.
Marketing & Social Media
* Uploading available appointment times across social media platforms.
* Assisting with content scheduling, stories, and clinic updates.
* Supporting the brand voice by keeping communication consistent and polished.
