Position Overview
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic, operational and corporate leadership across the company's domestic and international exploration portfolio. Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will be responsible for executing the company's growth strategy, driving exploration and strengthening the company's position as a trusted and innovative critical minerals explorer.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the company's exploration and growth strategy in alignment with Board objectives.
* Provide clear leadership, ensuring technical and financial discipline across all work streams.
* Work closely with the Board to shape corporate direction, investment priorities and capital allocation decisions.
* Oversee the planning, budgeting and execution of exploration programs across all projects.
* Ensure compliance with ASX, JORC and all regulatory standards.
* Lead investor relations, market communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
* Manage relationships with brokers, institutional investors, analysts and government agencies.
* Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships, joint ventures and potential acquisition or divestment opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in an Engineering, Metallurgical or Geoscience discipline (or related);
* Notable experience in the mining and exploration industry, with at least 5 years in executive or senior management roles.
* Proven leadership experience within listed exploration and/mining companies.
* Understanding of ASX reporting requirements and corporate governance principles.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
* Entrepreneurial and resourceful approach to business growth.
