Our business is growing, we now require a dynamic full-time administrator to join our dedicated and friendly team. This is a special opportunity for someone wanting to bring purpose to their career and enhance the lives of others in an innovative space designed for education, creativity and activity.
The Brightspace is a unique learning hub in Botany NSW which inspires learning for children and adults. We deliver engaging tutoring classes, creative workshops and special events which bring people together in a fun, welcoming environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
**Administration**
- All general administrative duties
- Writing and updating procedure documents
- Ordering and managing equipment and supplies
- Scheduling and liaising with tutors, artists and event hosts
- Assisting with onboarding new artists, tutors and support staff
- Maintaining and enhancing the office space
- Setting up/maintaining the space to accommodate for events and classes
- Updating planning sheets for events and classes
- Liaising with suppliers
- Invoicing customers and paying suppliers
- Contribute to planning new events and programs
**Customer service**
- Liaise with and welcome customers, children and adults
- Taking customer bookings and scheduling sessions
- Handling customer feedback and surveys
**Sales & Marketing**
- Coordination with marketing personnel
- Organising and distributing printed and digital marketing materials
- Collecting and recording customer information and reviews
- Social media support including capturing photo/video footage
- Website management (training provided)

- Be an advocate for the business and our purpose, in all sales and customer service calls

Prior experience in an administration/customer service role is essential (minimum 3 years); experience in sales, marketing, event planning or a creative field an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
