The Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the Payroll and Rostering and/or the SAP S/4HANA program of works within Corporate Technology Services (CTS), including:
- technology improvement projects and activities which align with business objectives
- maintenance programs and projects that will ensure vendor support of the solution baseline, including core software and associated hardware
- other process, compliance and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities)
You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in the management and delivery of complex project(s) and/or programs, with experience with SAP, including SAP upgrades and implementations an advantage, preferably S/4HANA and ECC6, and preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven stakeholder relationship management skills to support effective business change, including the ability to initiate relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Proven excellent negotiation, consultation, facilitation and effective written and oral communication skills for use in a complex project environment.
- Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary technical and functional SAP resources.
- Proven analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members.
