About the Senior Occupational Therapist day to day duties:
* Provide high-quality paediatric assessments and interventions
* Support team development
* Work collaboratively with families, educators and other professionals
* Contribute to service development, innovation and best-practice initiatives
* Uphold the organisation's core values and child-centred philosophy
* Collaborative support with parents, teachers, schools, teacher aides, child-care centres, preschools and other allied health professionals, ensuring therapy transitions across all environments.
* Home and school visits to implement strategies within natural settings.
* Assistance locating and accessing funding avenues, plus guidance for families on options available
About You as the successful Senior Occupational Therapist:
* Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
* Full AHPRA registration
* Experience in
paediatric
practice
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A passion for evidence-based intervention and professional excellence
* Commitment to collaborative, child-centred care
* Current Driver's License
