Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
* Handle incoming phone and front counter enquiries, prepare quotes and follow up with customers to build long-term relationships.
* Enter sales data accurately into systems, process invoices, credit notes, and purchase orders, assist with accounts payable and debt collection, maintain accurate records and generate reports.
* Schedule truck deliveries, prepare required paperwork, monitor freight costs, and ensure efficiency.
* Adhere to company safety policies, report hazards and incidents promptly, participate in safety audits and complete safety calendar.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess basic computer literacy. They should also be motivated and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
