Job Description
The Maintenance team at our Western Australian mine sites is seeking an experienced Belt Splicer/ Rubber Liner to join our busy team. This role involves routine inspections and maintenance repairs of conveyor & feeder belt systems, rubber lining tasks, and ad-hoc tasks as required within the broader Maintenance team.

As a Belt Splicer/ Rubber Liner, you will be accountable for:
* Commitment to a strong safety culture and hazard reporting
* Adhering to the Maintenance Work Management Process
* Routine inspections and maintenance repairs of conveyor & feeder belt systems
* Rubber lining tasks
* Ad-hoc tasks as required within the broader Maintenance team
Key qualifications include:
* Certificate 111 in Polymer Processing (Belt Splicing), Must be held
* Prior working experience in a similar role within a multi-discipline team
* Hands on experience working in a heavy maintenance environment including mine sites
* Experience in maintaining fixed-plant equipment and assisting Trades with various duties
* Confined Space and Working at Heights ticket, Forklift ticket desirable
* Hold a current WA C class drivers licence
* Pass a pre-employment medical
* Willing to obtain a new National Police Clearance
* Existing and ongoing Permanent work rights in Australia (Mandatory)
