We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our Business Services Department.
This is a full-time, permanent position based at our head office on St Kilda Road.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this role ensures the smooth operation of the front office. The Office Administrator acts as the receptionist and primary contact for employees and external stakeholders. Key duties include providing excellent customer service, administrative support, greeting visitors, and answering calls professionally.
Additionally, you will:
* Be the first point of contact for employees and external stakeholders
* Manage daily office and reception operations
* Handle email inquiries, correspondence, equipment/stationery maintenance, and couriers
* Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the office and meeting areas
* Coordinate meeting rooms, refreshments, catering, and supplies
* Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks for efficient operations
* Support with uniform management, including allocation, stocktake, and maintenance (especially before events)
* Assist other departments as needed
What you'll bring:
* Customer service and administrative experience
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
* Experience in a busy, dynamic environment
* Attention to detail
* Event environment experience is advantageous
* Current Police Check and Victorian Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
