Position Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this position are:
* Remote desktop administration and support
* Technical support for remote users
* Effectively manage and support the majority of Tier 1, 2, and 3 internal IT helpdesk functions across the group, resolving complex tickets and issues with external vendors as required
* User account management across varied licenses, directories, CRMs, and Microsoft Suite
* System installation and maintenance
* SharePoint and M365 AD administration
* Monitor and respond to security issues (both physical and technical)
* Assist with creating and maintaining documentation including policies and procedures
* Participate in initiatives across the entire ICT infrastructure to maximize performance and service delivery
* Provide direct support activities, training, and upskilling for the wider service delivery and leadership teams
* The role will not require access to clinical systems or any client personal data; systems include Lumary, Splose, Xero, Employment Hero, NDIS Portal, etc.
Essential Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or close to completion), or related industry experience
* Proven work experience as an IT Systems Administrator or similar role
* Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365
* In-depth understanding of cloud infrastructure protocols
* In-depth understanding of security best practices
* Excellent time-management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently to deadlines or SLAs, both individually and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users verbally and in writing

* Remote desktop management
* Experience with modern configuration management and deployment systems
* Power-Automate, scripting, and patching (beneficial but not essential)
* User management (Active Directory)
* Microsoft Ecosystem (Office365, SharePoint Online, Exchange, Group Policy)
* Windows desktop (Win 10 and 11)
* Apple desktop
* Smartphones
* VoIP (beneficial but not essential)
