Dental Receptionist / Dental Nurse (Part-Time)

Dental Logic is seeking an experienced, motivated Dental Receptionist and/or Dental Nurse to join our growing, state-of-the-art practice in the heart of Lilydale.

This opportunity may suit one dual-skilled candidate (reception and nursing) or two separate candidates, depending on experience and availability.

Role Options & Hours
Dental Nursing
· Monday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
· Tuesday: 9:30am – 8:30pm
· Some Saturdays: 8:30am – 2:30pm
Reception
· Thursday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
· Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
· Some Saturdays: 8:30am – 2:30pm
Key Responsibilities
· Delivering high-quality patient care and support
· Answering phones and managing appointments
· Maintaining provider books and schedules
· Processing accounts via HICAPS, Medicare, and DVA
· Requesting and managing patient reviews and feedback
· Confident use of Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word
· General administrative support as directed by the Head Receptionist
· Thriving in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
· Chair-side dental assisting
· High standard in infection control
Skills & Experience
· Certificate III in Dental Assisting (preferred)
· Experience with D4W or Core Practice highly regarded
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
· Training available for the right candidate
