What’s the role? Duties include: This role involves providing evidence-based exercise interventions to clients across a range of areas, including NDIS, My Aged Care, Medicare, Chronic Disease Management, Workers Compensation, Private Health, and DVA You will deliver person-centred care, empowering clients to achieve their health and well-being goals through holistic and trauma-informed approaches. You will work in both clinic-based and mobile settings, serving the Alice Springs/ Mparntwe and Central Desert Region. Is this the right role for you? Not limited to but before you apply, we need you to have: Accredited membership with Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Experience working with clients across NDIS, My Aged Care, or other funding schemes Current CPR, First Aid certification and a valid driver’s licence Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills Passionate about using exercise as medicine to improve the health and well-being of diverse clients Understanding of or experience working in rural/remote communities and culturally diverse groups Trained in, or open to undertaking Reformer Pilates instructor training.
