Sales and Operations Coordinator Role
This position involves serving as the primary point of administrative support for sales personnel, ensuring accurate processing of post-sales documentation and maintaining order tracking progress. Key responsibilities include managing inventory to coordinate smooth internal and external stock movements and contributing to new account set up with our accounts department.
Main Tasks:
* We're looking for a proactive Sales & Short Term Rental Coordinator who will provide periodic stocktake support, maintain accurate records, prepare reports and contribute meaningfully to branch operations in Queensland.
* You'll serve as the key stakeholder support officer responsible for customer correspondence and document management while remaining across all order tracking progress.
* The role also involves providing detailed product information, coordinating meetings with customers and escalating issues if needed.
