* RFS Level 2/3
* Attractive annual salary $76,749 - $83,435 p.a. (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation

What you'll be doing:
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Officer to play a key role in keeping our office operations efficient and welcoming. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our workplace, supporting our Volunteers, streamlining systems, and helping us deliver exceptional service to our community.

To thrive in this role, you will:

* Be organised, proactive, and community‑minded.
* Have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence.
* Have excellent communication skills and be able to engage warmly with staff, volunteers, and community members, responding to enquiries with professionalism and care.
* Be able to coordinate office systems, maintain accurate records, and prepare high‑quality documents and correspondence.
* Have a willingness to take initiative to improve processes and support smooth day to day operations.
* Take pride in contributing to the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of the district.
