Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Mobile Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team based in the Maddington Workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Focus on preventative maintenance and breakdown repair of heavy duty mobile equipment (Komatsu, CAT, Cummins Generators, Telehandlers & EWP)
* Site visits throughout the Pilbara and South West
* Schedule, plan and perform maintenance activities
* Monitor and maintain stock levels
* Diagnoses faults on engine, transmission and electrical systems
* Supervise and lead a maintenance team, including apprentices
* Ensuring safe work procedures and practices are in place and adhered to
* Daily housekeeping
Candidate Profile
* Trade Certificate (Australian Standard)
* Must hold appropriate work rights and reside in the Perth Metropolitan Area due to location of positions.
* Valid Driver's Licence is Essential
* Proven experience in a supervisor role, within heavy machinery (Crushing and Screening Equipment)
* Hands-on experience with repairs and maintenance of mechanical equipment
* Excellent organisation and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
