This role supports supply planning for one of Australia's most recognized building products.What You'll Be DoingDevelop production rough cut capacity plans and detailed weekly production schedules based on demand and inventory forecasts.Manage inventory planning and replenishment processes to meet service level KPIs, availability, and stockholding targets.Identify major risks and model impacts of supply scenarios to evaluate business unit service and cost sensitivities.Coordinate with sites to maintain accurate data for production and inventory planning, including sourcing, production rates, cycles, routings, and capacity parameters.Collaborate with Site Managers, Network Planners, Material & Production Schedulers to resolve supply issues and generate feasible production plans.Review planning parameters such as safety stock levels, lead times, rounding rules, and site capacity constraints with Material Schedulers.Develop buying plans and forecasts for suppliers to meet manufacturing and shipping requirements.What You'll BringMinimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain planning within manufacturing.Experience in time series production planning and inventory management methods.Exposure to S&OP / IBP environments.Strong numeracy and systems literacy, capable of managing large data sets.Experience with SAP and Power BI is highly advantageous.Knowledge of Advanced Planning Systems.Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.A collaborative team player with effective cross-functional influencing and communication skills.Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.Proven networking and influencing abilities.What We OfferWe support your professional and personal growth.
