About the role & Company Our client is a reputable national business who is searching for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within this supportive and positive workplace, this role will be suited to someone who is searching for their next leadership position and possesses management experience of Accounts Payable & Receivable teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from either/or an Accounts Payable or Receivable background who has prior experience in the team lead space or is looking to step up. The Responsibilities: Reporting into the Head of Finance, your daily duties will include but not be limited to: Lead the transactional accounting functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Rebates and Claims Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including PO receiving, invoice processing, payment scheduling (both domestic and international), vendor reconciliation and relevant general ledger journal processing. Credit management, collections and reporting Supervise the timely completion of bank reconciliations for all bank transactions, including the review of weekly audit reports and discrepancies. Ensure invoice discrepancies are investigated and resolved. Oversee the credit card and expense reimbursement process, including ownership of the expense management tool (FlexiPurchase). Lead, coach, and develop the Finance Operations Team, setting clear performance goals and development plans and providing ongoing feedback. Management of Accounts Receivables Processing and processing refunds/claims.
