With multiple offices throughout Australia, we're seeking a motivated individual who's passionate about career growth and leadership. With our recruitment team launching in WA, we have exciting plans to expand across Australia and we're looking for the right person to grow with us on that journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the internal and external (360) recruitment process from start to finish.
* Partner with internal and external hiring managers to understand their teams and find the right people fast.
* Juggle multiple campaigns across corporate, technical and frontline roles.
* Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience, every time.
* Help us evolve our employer brand and talent pipeline as we grow into the future.
* Use your insight to shape smarter, more creative recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in recruitment across a variety of sectors.
* Previous experience working in either mining, energy or Oil & Gas, servicing large corporate key accounts and a track record in winning new business or growing existing clients.
* Strong organisational and communication skills and creative approach to sourcing and engagement.
* Strong recruitment network.
* The confidence to advise leaders and shape great hiring decisions.
* Familiarity with recruitment software.
