About the Role
The Family Programs Statewide Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating delivery of a suite of family support services; including, Family Wellbeing Services, Integrated Family Support Services, Family Preservation and Restoration, Parenting Education Programs, Carers and Kinship Supports and Bringing Baby Home. This role ensures effective implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of program operations, aligned with CatholicCare Tasmania's mission, values, and service objectives.
About You
As the Family Programs Statewide Manager, you report directly to the Executive Manager, Child and Youth Services. You demonstrate strong strategic and operational leadership across Family Programs services, with a focus on child safety, family wellbeing and team development.
The Family Programs Statewide Manager will:
* Hold Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology or equivalent discipline.
* Have extensive experience in managing Child and Family program related services.
* Lead the strategic and operational delivery of services ensuring trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
* Build strong partnerships with Child Safety Services and community organisations.
* Manage program budgets, contracts, resource allocation and compliance requirements in consultation with senior leadership.
* Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation across all aspects of program operations.
