**About the Role**:
Our client is seeking Piling Supervisors to work on major piling projects in Perth and the surrounding areas. Projects will include CFA, Bored and Diaphragm walls.
**About the Duties**:
- Management of all site activities
- Ensuring the successful delivery of projects
- Reporting to the Operations Manager
- You will be responsible for resourcing of plant and equipment,
- Management of piling crews
- Development of piling crews
- Allocation of labour
- Progressing the project forward.
- Client and contractor liaison
- Adapting to changes in the work programme
**About the Requirements**:
- You will have a solid understanding of the piling sector
- A solid understanding of various piling techniques especially large-diameter bored and/or CFA piling
- A proven track record of delivering similar projects
- The ability to effectively supervise a piling operation on a daily basis
- Be able to manage the piling crews
- Have the desire to complete challenging projects
- Be capable of motivating the work crews
- Possess strong leadership skills,
- Have a good work ethic
- Demonstrate good communication skills.
- Play a part in training and mentoring new staff
- Strong OH&S awareness is also vital.
