Job Title: Corporate Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide corporate, administrative and business support and program management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational support to the district and region, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
* Assist with administrative tasks, such as office duties, record-keeping and data management.
* Support business development and program management initiatives, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, fostering strong relationships and communication.
* Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
* Desirable: demonstrated knowledge or experience in office administration duties, Microsoft 365 programs and data analysis.
* Ability to work adaptively and flexibly in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing multiple deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing competing demands and workload.
Working Arrangements: This is an ongoing part-time (0.6 FTE) position with hybrid work arrangements available. Regular opportunities for remote work will be provided.
