About the Role:

As the Administrative Assistant within the Paediatric Unit at Port Augusta Hospital and Regional Health Service, you will provide high-quality, confidential administrative, customer service, and data entry support to clients, staff, and visitors. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced clinical environment, managing high volumes of enquiries, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly to new systems and processes. Working both independently and as part of a team, you will contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and high standards of service delivery, ensuring the Paediatric Unit operates effectively and continues to provide a positive experience for children and their families.

About You:

* Experience in the utilisation of a range of computer equipment, which may include the use of word processing, spreadsheet and database software applications such as the MS Office suite of software.
* Experience in the provision of a range of office and administrative services.
