Be prepared to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients as a Support Worker. Your role will involve assisting with daily tasks such as personal care and household duties, while also supporting clients during community outings and appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily tasks including personal care and household duties.

* Provide high-quality support in a safe and respectful environment.
Our ideal candidate will have relevant support work experience, including Blue and Yellow Cards, and a Certificate in Disability Services or equivalent. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
* Relevant support worker documentation, including Blue and Yellow Cards.
* NDIS Worker Screening, CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and Manual Handling Training.
* A Certificate in Disability Services is highly desirable but not essential.
* Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), personal care, and manual handling.
* Minimum 1+ years of personal care experience.
* Kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
