We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Technicians and E&I Supervisors to join our construction teams on major energy transition projects across Western Australia. This is a unique opportunity to contribute directly to Australia's energy transformation while working on critical infrastructure projects, including substations, distribution networks, transmission lines, EPS upgrades, solar farms, and broader decarbonisation programs.
These are full-time FIFO positions offering long-term project stability, with successful candidates securing 18–24 months of ongoing work on flagship projects.
Roster & Location
* FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara
* FIFO from eastern states considered for the right candidates
* 2:1 and 3:1 rosters available
* We have opportunities on a range of sites, discussed further upon interviewing
Key Responsibilities
E&I Technicians
LNG experience is a necessity
* Electrical and instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning on large-scale infrastructure projects
* Fault finding, troubleshooting, and rectification of E&I systems
* Ensure all works comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards
* Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and construction teams
* Support project delivery across multiple energy transition initiatives
E&I Supervisors
* LNG experience is a necessity
* Supervise and coordinate E&I crews to ensure safe and efficient execution of works
* Lead daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and safety leadership on site
* Oversee installation, commissioning, and QA/QC activities
* Ensure productivity targets, schedules, and milestones are achieved
* Liaise with project management, engineering, and client representatives
* Mentor and develop technicians, apprentices, and contractors
Qualifications & Experience
* WA Electrical Licence (essential)
* Cert III or Cert IV Instrumentation (essential)
* Experience with Turbines and/or Solar
* Current Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* Working at Heights
* LVR/CPR & current First Aid
* High Risk Licence (EWP)
* Previous FIFO experience (preferred)
* Supervisory experience (essential for Supervisor roles)
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A screen
