The Role
Bert’s Bar & Brasserie is in the market for a full-time Pastry Chef to join this award-winning team.
Experience cooking in high-end kitchens is desirable, and you’ll be expected to be able to run your own section, train junior staff and manage MEP.
You’ll have a passion for pastry, enjoy working in an open kitchen and being part of a high performing team.
Our Ideal candidate has the following experience and attributes:
A passion for all thing's pastry related and enjoy working in a fun and casual environment.
Good knowledge around modern and claissic pastry techniques.
Experience in hatted bistro's, restaurants or high-end hotels would be ideal.
Experience in a high-volume kitchen, good organisation, and attention to detail
Train junior chefs and develop your management skills
