Our client – a market leader in the design and manufacture of premium medical devices – is on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-driven Supply Chain Administrator to join their collaborative team. In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll be at the heart of the supply chain, helping to ensure life-saving medical devices reach customers on time, every time. Reporting to the Inventory and Supply Manager, you\'ll coordinate sales and purchase orders, manage freight logistics, and support the smooth flow of operations using Sage and Excel.

Responsibilities
- Manage the availability of ordered items within stated lead times.
- Responsible for raising all purchase orders with suppliers, coordinating, and monitoring deliveries of raw materials and finished goods.
- Partner with freight providers to ensure timely delivery of both imported and local procured goods.
- Work with sales, service, operations, and manufacturing to align on demand forecasts and meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, coordinating and monitoring open orders and availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Track stock levels, ensure accuracy, and manage the flow of product availability.
- Maintain the inventory database through the ERP system.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing or medical device industry.
- Strong ERP/MRP experience + advanced Excel skills
- Ability to analyse data to identify trends, track KPIs, and suggest improvements to supply chain efficiency.
- Sharp attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working cross-functionally
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
