Strategic Account Manager – LRQA, Millers Point, NSW, Australia (Hybrid)
Role PurposeAs a Strategic Account Manager you will drive growth and deepen relationships with key strategic accounts, identify new business opportunities, introduce innovative solutions, and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to LRQA's global growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts (£0.5–3M+), focusing on retention, upselling, and new logo acquisition.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead account planning, pipeline development, and bid strategy to secure high-value contracts and renewals.
Collaborate with global account managers, marketing, service delivery, and product teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and client needs to position LRQA as a forward-thinking, value-driven partner.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets and growing large accounts.
Experience in developing and executing account plans that drive double-digit growth.
Client-centric approach and skill in identifying client challenges and delivering insight-led solutions.
Fluent in English and at least one other regional business language; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Salesforce, MS Office, and business software tools.
Bonus: Experience in the assurance sector and a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
