You will have demonstrated experience in advising, reviewing, drafting and transacting/conveying on various matters across property and/or estate areas (Balfour Meagher is a full-service, contemporary commercial & corporate law firm).
About you:

Minimum 5 years+ post-admission’s experience in either, property, estate planning or commercial several of those areas.

About the position You will be working on and regularly exposed to a large range of various, interesting and often complex/challenging:
Corporate (advisory & due diligence, substantial business and asset sales/purchases, large scale M&As (company & equity) transactions, business/asset/entity structuring and ownership, business succession e.g. shareholder, partnership and unitholder agreements, insurance-funded buy/sell option agreements etc);
Commercial matters (contract reviews, bespoke drafting of contracts, agreements & deeds, hire arrangements, loans and securitisation/PPSR/mortgages);
Property & Leasing - reviews & bespoke drafting, all types of conveyancing & settlements, securitisation, property development; acting property sales agencies; complex business real property-into-SMSF transactions,
Estate planning (including estate planning complex Wills including testamentary trusts), dealing high net-wealth family groups; international assets matters, Family/Discretionary Trust & Company-succession arrangements, SMSFs & BDBNs, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Guardianship etc).
