We are seeking an exceptional professional to fill a key role within our team. As a Network Planning Officer, you will play a vital part in managing operational risks and capacity challenges across our global network.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with our Network Operations and Engineering teams to track and follow up on known network risks and capacity challenges. You will also engage with vendors to support the resolution of operational issues and escalate where necessary in partnership with our Procurement Officers.

Maintaining and managing our Network Risk Management JIRA board is another critical aspect of this role. This involves ensuring items are up-to-date and aligned across teams. Additionally, you will support the planning and coordination of hardware and licensing renewals, and upgrades with vendors.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring vendor delivery timelines and raising risks or delays with the relevant internal stakeholders. You will also assist in collecting information and context to support network capacity assessments or planning decisions.

This role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders. Experience using JIRA or similar tracking/project management tools is highly desirable. A clear and confident communication style, with a collaborative working approach, is essential for success in this position.

Key Skills and Qualifications

* 1–2 years' experience in telecommunications, IT operations, or vendor support (or a relevant graduate background with internship/work experience)
* Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage tasks across multiple stakeholders
* Understanding of hardware lifecycle management, licensing processes, or vendor service delivery is desirable
* Experience using JIRA or similar tracking/project management tools
* Clear and confident communication skills with a collaborative working style
* Proactive, detail-focused, and capable of following through independently
* Eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced, global network environment
