About the role The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers. This is a casual role you must be available will work at our clients site located in Midland. Duties include but are not limited to: Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises (this includes patrols inside buildings at and perimeter patrols) Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems Respond professionally, courteously, and promptly to all customer and client enquiries Incident report writing Skills and experience Security license, first aid certificate and Certificate II in Security Operations Certificate III in Security Operations advantageous (not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Can-do attitude Valid WA driver’s license How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person We encourage and celebrate diversity.
