Our client is an established commercial law firm based in West Perth. We pride ourselves on delivering strategic, outcome-focused advice across a wide range of disputes. Our clients include private companies, SMEs, professionals, and high-net-worth individuals seeking commercial solutions.
We're looking for a talented litigator with 3-5 years of post-admission experience to join our growing litigation and dispute resolution practice. You'll work alongside highly experienced practitioners, gaining exposure to quality work, clients, and the courts, without the red tape of a top-tier firm.
Your role will include:
Being involved in a diverse range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including:
* Contract and commercial disputes
* Shareholder, partnership and director disputes
* Debt recovery and enforcement
* Property, leasing and strata disputes
* Restraint of trade and employment matters
* Regulatory and administrative law issues
You'll manage your files (with guidance as needed), attend court, liaise directly with clients and counsel, and contribute to strategic case planning.
What we’re looking for:
* 3-5 years PAE in commercial litigation
* Solid legal research, drafting and file management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident in client interaction and managing competing deadlines
* A collaborative mindset and a commercial approach to solving problems
