About the role:
Your responsibilities & role include:
1. One-on-one Personal training
2. Small group training sessions
3. Assisting with social media content
4. Boosting company culture
5. Promotional Sales
6. Assisting in local area marketing strategies
7. Programming client training
8. Being awesome
9. Manage your own clients
10. Keep the gym floor clean & tidy
11. Assist with desk sign-ups and new member orientations and free sessions
12. Report to gym manager
13. Work hard and have a great sense of humor
ESSENTIAL:
* Certificate III & IV in Fitness
* Current CPR/ First Aid Certificate
* ABN & Insurance
* WWC & Police Check
DESIRABLE:
* Experience working as a Personal Trainer or Group Instructor
* Experience in customer service and sales
* Experience in a gym environment
