What You Will Be Doing
As an Enrolled Nurse on 4C, you will work within a dynamic and supportive environment caring for cardiac, stroke and general medical patients.
Requirements
* Deliver safe, evidence‐based and person‐centred nursing care
* Assist with the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care
* Monitor and report changes in patient conditions, particularly those with cardiac and neurological presentations
* Administer medications within your scope of practice and organisational policies
* Support patients with activities of daily living and rehabilitation goals, including post‐stroke care
* Collaborate with Registered Nurses, medical officers, allied health professionals, patients and families
* Participate in ward rounds, handovers and multidisciplinary care planning
This role offers exposure to a broad range of clinical presentations while allowing you to further develop your skills within a highly supportive acute care environment.
