The Role
As the
Senior HR Manager
, you will lead the HR agenda for Australia, bringing strategy and structure to a fast-moving, highly dynamic luxury business. Your role will span far beyond policy and process; you will be entrusted with

Working as a strategic partner to the Country Manager and senior leadership, you will oversee a broad remit, including:
* Culture & Engagement
* Elevate and nurture a culture that mirrors the values of the brand: creativity, precision, excellence, and innovation. Act as a true cultural ambassador, ensuring the employee experience is as aspirational as the client experience.
* Talent Acquisition
* Lead recruitment for both corporate and retail functions, including Marketing, PR, e-Commerce, Store Management, Sales, and Client Experience. Identify, attract, and secure exceptional talent who not only meet the technical requirements of their roles but also align with the house's DNA.
* Leadership & Business Partnership
* Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and senior stakeholders, ensuring people strategies directly support business objectives. Balance commercial awareness with a people-first mindset.
* Policy, Compliance & Governance
* Maintain excellence in HR practices through rigorous compliance with Australian employment law while embedding the brand's global policies into local operations. Ensure HR remains agile and responsive to change.
* Employee Development
* Create pathways for growth, supporting leaders and employees with training, coaching, and leadership development programs. Build retention strategies that ensure the brand retains its most talented people.
* Reward & Recognition

About You
