Choir Management Position

Upbeat Arts is seeking a Program Leader to oversee the choir and its elements in Bundaberg. The role involves facilitating team dynamics, communicating effectively with members, and managing events and administration.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the choir and all related activities
* Facilitate team collaboration and communicate with members
* Oversee events and administrative tasks


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Passion for arts and mental health recovery
* Caring, resourceful, organised, and proactive attitude
* Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not mandatory
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with diverse client groups, including people experiencing mental illness and their carers/families
* Leadership experience in the mental health sector desirable
* Well-developed interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs
